Business Discussion and directional outline
A group meeting is held with the relevant individuals that are responsible for the management of the business and the development plan for the business. The futuristic team!
In general a two-day assessment is conducted by management that observes the daily operations, processes, logistics and work flow of the business environment.
A report is complied shortly after the on site assessment encapsulating the experience received from a business operations view and a consumers perspective.
The information is blended in with information obtained and submitted from the directional outline meeting, which concludes with a final assessment report submitted for review.
A second meeting is held to discuss the business findings and the forecast plans and ideas are discussed for potential implementation.
Note: This phase is complete where the business directors can choose to continue or believe they have sufficient information to develop the process in house.
